When you register your child with Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool, the following is due:

Payment for $125
  • Non-refundable registration fee of $125
Deposit fee for one month of school fees dated to be withdrawn August 1, 2026 or upon registration if after August 1, 2026
  • The deposit fee will be applied to the tuition for the school year. It will cover June, 2027 school fees. To withdraw a child from the program at any time, parents must give one month's written notice. For example, to withdraw for September, notice must be received before August 1. Failure to give timely notice will result in forfeit of the deposit fee. If you withdraw your child after February 28, 2027, you will automatically forfeit the deposit fee.

All withdrawals for the remainder of the school year are divided into 9 equal monthly installments, due on the first of each month, commencing September 1 and ending May 1. If enrollment begins after September 1, the number of payments will be adjusted accordingly.  These payments are structured for convenience and financial planning purposes. Please note that while the monthly amounts remain the same, the duration of attendance in each month may vary.
*Deposit Fee is refundable with one full calendar month's written notice when withdrawing from the Preschool unless after February 28, 2027, as it is then NON-REFUNDABLE.
Example: If your family is withdrawing Jan 1, 2027 or throughout January 2027, the office must be informed in writing before Dec 1, 2026
